This page explains how you can delete your Ethria account and associated app data.

Delete your account in the Ethria app

You can delete your Ethria account directly in the app:

  1. Open the Ethria app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Privacy & Data.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
 

When you delete your account in the app, Ethria is designed to delete your app data and your authentication account.

This includes, where available:

  • Account profile data
  • App settings
  • Consent records
  • Onboarding responses
  • Dimension scores
  • Goals and insights
  • Daily check-ins and reflections
  • Practice sessions
  • Guide conversations and messages
  • Guide safety and usage records
  • Plan and limit records linked to your account
 

Some data may be retained if required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion by email.

Please send an email to:
privacy@ethria.app

Subject:

Ethria account deletion request

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your Ethria account
  • A clear statement that you want your Ethria account and associated app data deleted
 

For security reasons, we may need to verify that you are the account owner before deleting the account.

Konto in der Ethria-App löschen

Du kannst dein Ethria-Konto direkt in der App löschen:

  1. Öffne die Ethria-App.
  2. Gehe zu Profil.
  3. Öffne Datenschutz & Daten.
  4. Wähle Konto löschen.
  5. Folge den Bestätigungsschritten in der App.
 
 

Wenn du dein Konto in der App löschst, ist Ethria so gestaltet, dass deine App-Daten und dein Authentifizierungskonto gelöscht werden.

Dies umfasst, soweit vorhanden:

  • Account-Profildaten
  • App-Einstellungen
  • Consent-Nachweise
  • Onboarding-Antworten
  • Dimensionswerte
  • Ziele und Insights
  • Tägliche Check-ins und Reflexionen
  • Übungssessions
  • Guide-Gespräche und Guide-Nachrichten
  • Guide-Sicherheits- und Nutzungsdaten
  • Plan- und Limitdaten, die deinem Konto zugeordnet sind
 
 

Einzelne Daten können aufbewahrt werden, wenn dies gesetzlich erforderlich oder für Sicherheit, Betrugsprävention oder Streitbeilegung notwendig ist.

Löschung per E-Mail anfordern

Wenn du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast, kannst du die Löschung deines Kontos und deiner Daten per E-Mail anfordern.

Bitte gib an:

  • Die E-Mail-Adresse, die mit deinem Ethria-Konto verbunden ist
  • Eine klare Erklärung, dass du dein Ethria-Konto und die zugehörigen App-Daten löschen möchtest
 

Aus Sicherheitsgründen müssen wir möglicherweise überprüfen, dass du die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber des Kontos bist, bevor wir das Konto löschen.
